This article is about the collectable item from Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble, and should not be confused with Point Stars, a similarly named item with a blue variant.

A Blue Star is a collectable item in Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble, resembling a Sparkling Star with a blue color. If Kirby manages to obtain a Blue Star and complete the stage with it, he will ride off on a blue Warp Star and be taken to a menu called the Bonus Star[1], where the player can choose to play from the five Sub-Games. Blue Stars are worth 800 points when collected.

If Kirby loses a life while a Blue Star is collected, finding the location of the Blue Star he has collected (provided he is capable of backtracking to said location) will only show the star with a white outline, signifying that it is already collected. Getting a Game Over, however, will cause Kirby to lose the Blue Star he has collected.

Locations[edit]

Unlike Red Stars, Blue Stars are not found in every stage in the game, but only one star can be found per stage which they do appear in. They are usually hidden off the main path and may be challenging to get, or hidden from sight unless a certain action is performed. Once it is acquired, Kirby needs to reach the end of the stage without losing a life in order to make use of it. The following table lists the locations of every Blue Star in Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble:

Blue Star Locations in Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble
Level Stage How to reach
Level 1 After passing through the first gate, this star can be found just to the right underneath some fragile barriers in front of an open pit.
Level 2 Shortly after the room where the Red Star is, Kirby will need to hop along Jump Holes and use the resulting invincibility to take out another bumper on the path, uncovering this star.
Level 3 Just before the set of narrow short wall bridges over the water, Kirby can slip around the boxed-off area to the right by floating up and to the right, catching a short break on a small protruding piece of land along the way. Around the bend is a small room where this star can be uncovered.
Level 4 After passing through the gate, Kirby needs to drift up and to the right along a narrow sand-filled corridor. This will take him to a small grassy nook where he can uncover this star.
Shortly after the gate, this star can be picked up by heading off to the left along a very narrow walkway jutting out into the sky.
This star can be uncovered past the gate from one of the sand pits along the left-most side of the grid, in a relatively isolated area. It is the only sand platform that does not have a Jump Hole on it.
Level 5 This star can be found after the gate, past a narrow bridge of ice leading off to the right in the middle of the diagonal bumper section.
Just after the gate, Kirby can make use of the bounce pads on the floor to obtain temporary invincibility, which can be used to clear out a bumper blocking a small nook on the left side. From here, the star can be uncovered inside the small area.
Level 6 This star can be found on top of the first long wall that Kirby needs to hop over near the start of the stage, placed all the way to the right.
Shortly after the offshoot leading to the Red Star, this star can be found in a side chamber to the left guarded by a bar bumper that will need to be cleared out. The star itself is hiding underneath a smaller bumper in the room proper.
Level 7 Right before the gate, this star can be collected on a narrow walkway in the upper-left corner of the room. The walkway consists of red panels that will need to be activated.
Level 8 Upon reaching the fifth set of sliding bumpers on the first part of the stage, a Jump Hole can be found to the right behind the bumper which can throw Kirby over to a platform where this star is located.
